Luke Davis Becomes CEO of NEMA Enclosures

Thesis Capital Partners is excited to announce that Luke Davis, Operating Partner at the firm, has been appointed CEO of Nema Enclosures of Texas!

Since 1987, Nema Enclosures has been a leading provider of custom electrical enclosures. Based in Houston, Texas, the company specializes in a diverse range of metal materials and finishes. Serving industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation and transmission, telecom, transportation, and water and wastewater treatment, Nema Enclosures is renowned for its innovative and customized solutions that meet the highest industry standards.

Luke Davis, a former US Army officer and former business commercial leader at ExxonMobil, brings a wealth of experience to this new role. With his leadership, we are confident that the company will continue its trajectory of growth and customer service.

Luke will continue to work closely with Rob Bohn, the Company’s President, who will transition to a role as senior advisor, and Jonathan Bohn, who will remain in his position as Engineering Manager. Both Rob and Jonathan will retain significant interests in the business, ensuring continuity and sustained leadership involvement.
