At this event, we explored the critical role of the board of directors in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
Our discussion covered a variety of important topics, including the latest trends and their implications for M&A, the essential role of the board, and the risks and opportunities associated with these transactions. One key takeaway was the value of quality of earnings reports, which help identify and address potential issues during the due diligence process, rather than after the deal has been finalized.
